We carefully prepare every order to ensure your fragrances arrive safely and in perfect condition.

Processing Time

All orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

As every fragrance is carefully decanted by hand from an original bottle, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer during busy periods.

We currently ship within Greece and plan to expand to additional countries in the future.

Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery times:

• Greece: 1–5 business days
• European Union: 5–10 business days (when available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout before payment.

Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders and will be shown at checkout.

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

ALLAVIE cannot be responsible for delays or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
