At ALLAVIE, every order is carefully prepared specifically for each customer using authentic fragrances decanted from original perfume bottles.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, fragrances prepared to order cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been dispatched.
Please ensure you have selected the correct products before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged during transit or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include photographs of the product and its packaging so that we can assess the issue and provide the most appropriate solution.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued where required by applicable law or if an item arrives damaged or an incorrect product has been sent.
